15 minutes from D.C. to Baltimore

The Japanese government is promoting and proposing the construction of Maglev train lines in America. The first proposed line would stretch from Baltimore to D.C. and would take 15 minutes and backers of this line hope that it will eventually reach as far as New York City. There is a $5 million down payment and a total estimate of $10 to $15 billion for the Baltimore-D.C. line.
